PATTON MAN DIES FOLLOWING MOTORCYCLE-CAR CRASH ON 34

A Patton man was killed Saturday when the motorcycle he was driving was struck head-on by a car. Authorities identified the victim as Wendell Lincoln, 33, of Patton. The driver of the car, Edith Spalding, 67, of Cape Girardeau, received serious injuries in the accident. He blames today's racial and social ills on failed policies of the 1960's.
